Content and Structure
The Masterclass is structured around six (6) live online sessions, each focusing on a key aspect of facilitation and learning design.

- Session 3 - Inclusivity Essentials for Trainers (Tuesday, 19 November)

- Session 5 - The Inner Art of Facilitation (Tuesday, 26 November)
- Session 6 - Q&A and Closing (Thursday, 28 November)

Methodology
The Masterclass employs a blended learning approach, combining synchronous live sessions with asynchronous eLearning. The live sessions are highly interactive, featuring discussions that encourage active participation. The eLearning course complements these sessions, allowing participants to deepen their understanding at their own pace. The methodology is grounded in experiential learning, ensuring that participants can directly apply what they learn to their professional contexts.

- Trainers, facilitators, and learning and development (L&D) professionals who are responsible for designing and delivering training programs.
- Independent consultants in the training and development sector.
- Professionals looking to enhance their facilitation skills and apply advanced learning design principles to their work.
Additional Information
Duration: The Masterclass Series includes 6 live sessions of 3 hours each. The sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 weeks, from Tuesday 12 November until Thursday 28 November 2024.
Time: Live sessions will take place from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM CET. The self-paced Training of Trainers eLearning Course will be available to participants once their application is approved, with access granted for one year.
Certificates: Participants will receive a United Nations Certificate of Participation upon completing the live Masterclass sessions. They are required to attend at least 3 of the 6 live sessions. Additionally, a Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the self-paced Training of Trainers eLearning course.
Technical Requirements: Participants will need a stable internet connection and access to a computer with audio and video capabilities for the live sessions. Live sessions will be hosted in Zoom.
