Nesi Forum connects people and organizations to drive innovative proposals to build a fairer and more sustainable economy. They like to say that they are “connectors and multipliers” of people, ideas, and concrete proposals. Through technical reports and awareness-raising campaigns, they bring these proposals to governments, international organizations, companies, and the general public.

Nesi Forum believes in the need to transform the economic system to achieve the global goals of humanity, through:   - An economy of purpose, where people and the planet are at the center and not subservient to mere profit maximization.  - A collaborative economy to share, reuse, and optimize resources. - A circular, regenerative, and resilient economy, based on nature, capable of facing unforeseen events, resisting major crises, and recovering without external support.  - An economy of proximity, promoting and reaffirming local values and idiosyncrasies in a global world.

The NESI forum seeks innovation in the way of working and organizing. Within this exploration, they take as a reference the TEAL model of organizations, developed by Frederic Laroux in his book “Reinventing Organizations” inspired by conscious leadership.   The Teal Model provides an answer to a type of leadership adapted to social and organizational changes and is the one that best fits their culture.   Aims:   - To create a society oriented towards the common good and based on values such as equal opportunities, ecological sustainability, democracy, and social justice.  - To promote the co-creation of an economic model that is respectful of nature, democratic, and oriented towards the common good.  - Contribute to solving the major problems of humanity such as poverty, inequality, and climate change.   - Promote participatory and democratic processes that empower people and communities.
